I'm not surprised that you won't answer the question. If you say "yes, i would cut spending" you would betray your unshakeable partisan support. If you say "no, I wouldn't cut spending", you will look like an idiot with no common sense.

I think that your avoidance of the question is a way to keep your self delusion alive.
