I could be wrong but I believe China is ruled by both the PRC and the CPC...Two separate, but together in spirit, entities in the proverbial Asian manner, maybe a working Ying and Yang...??? China as a Powerhouse Emerging Economy & World Power should be applying some leverage on NK...to clean up the Asian part of the big game board,,,it may bite them in the arse down the road... With India emerging onto the scene, things may become dicey at some date... Interesting times, indeed. Chas
