Ooo, a Queer Pathogen? That would certainly put a sparkle in the eyes of the "gay is bad" interest group.

Viruses are remarkably subtle things. Our genomes are shot through with partially or completely assimilated viruses and virus-derived bits o'DNA. If such a virus were found (a scenario I find unlikely), it would not be a foregone conclusion that it's a pathogen. Jmo.

Sexual implies reproduction not a physical urge so homo-sexual is a disingenuous non sequitur for a degeneracy.

Abortion implies spontaneous rejection of an organism by another organism rather than infanticide.
