Why do you assume they aren’t?

Unlike M118, MNTA can make the go-ahead decision for serious development on the FoB program(s) without having a partner in hand.
"

Momenta can decide to change their minds on what they do with 118, since they wholly own it. I'm not saying they're going all the way to market by themselves, but they might try some form of 2b by themselves with the proceeds of this offering and with cash flow. I frankly think that might be a clearer course for them than, than trying to figure out what the FDA wants in a FoB program, when the FDA has not implemented the legislation yet. But I say this having not read the transcript of the hearings a month ago. Maybe it is clearer than I think. I'll have to get back to you on that when I've read it.
