I see opportunity in Japan after the earthquake. Bought some 6466.T (Toa Valve) at 1880Yen. They produce amongst other things, valves for nuclear power. I hope It wasn't their fault that the power Nuclear plant melted. Stock is dirt cheap and fairly profitable. Also, they build specialty valves for a variety of applications, not just nuclear power. My guess is that they could benefit from infrastructure spending. Stock is down 20%+ today . PE is around 5.5 and the company appears to have a very solid balance sheet (no net debt). If I don't buy this today, when would I?

I am looking for opportunities to buy more. The Japanese are a country that does not give up easily. My bet is they will come back.
