Tough call, greg.
I did ask for an express example, and Solon never mentioned partial-birth.
Even so, I can see that it can be considered implied from the blanket nature of his statement.
So I'm awarding a split decision here.
On the one hand, I don't think it's good practice to cantilever a debate from something implied.
On the other hand, I did call you a liar, and I retract that. In fact I apologize.
