In the modern world people have begun to select preferred traits of their children. People in Asia and other parts of the World have been doing that for decades so that we now have an excess supply of possibly 100 million 'extra' young men. Maybe you would not suppose people would do that but considering the culture of Asia it is easy to understand and it is a fact. In most traditional cultures people prefer to have straight kids. So why would people not choose the preferred gene? And if they did would you condemn them for it?
