Of course it does. These are not "small boxes" like you and anyone else can snap together in five minutes. These are highly sophisticated chips which will always contain documented and undocumented bugs regardless of which company is designing them. If you don't believe it just ask AMD who has admitted to having plenty of real bugs in their chips.
