They're just using Gallop's own figures, Dave. W is the least popular living ex-president. Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter both rank higher. Clinton ranks MUCH higher. W is viewed as a failed president. I think it's more his allowing the economy to go to hell than Katrina. Obama hasn't been able to fix it, but HE didn't break it - Bush did. People REMEMBER that! Deal with it. Your partisan view isn't that of America.

She refused, causing even more grief amongst NOLA residents who were dying by the hour. While the liberal media blamed Bush, the reality is that Bush did everything conceivable to avert the crisis and it simply could not be done without Blanco's approval. Period." We're talking about a guy who LIED us into INVADING IRAQ! Who repeatedly violated the constitution and had to be set straight by the Supreme Court! I'm supposed to believe he let Blanco stop him with a non-signature!? He obviously WANTED black people to die!
