actually I think you are all right. The raise can serve multiple purposese you know: help pursue FoBs, give M118 a solid start, the price is elevated relative to market weakness of equity raising, they had an oppty, and it will give them a leg up on any partner discussions. generally one looks for multiple pros outweighing the cons. ps. and to be honest the message reads like a pompous ass. no real need for that, a simple, polite, I disagree would suffice and make your point with respect. edit: after all, we are all just educated speculating here based on our read of the little infp, unless one spoke with the company directly on the matter?
