Irwin- Thanks for the personal reports. You and your wife must be very pleased about this. It's good to be reminded that all this biotech research is to diminish the suffering of patients, not just lining someone's pocketbook.

Karen has now been on T for about 44 months now.

Since the post that I am replying to she has had another MRI. Again there were no new plaques, no exacerbations and she continues to do well - better than before starting T.

A local paper recently did a story on her. (There are quite a few errors in it, notably missing the importance of her response to T. But it was a human interest story and not a science story.)
