Pay. Education. Automation. Job migration. These are all connected. There is people happy to make change in tollgate plazzas. Why push them to be educated? You tell them they should be chemical engineers, raise their expectation and they refuse to man tollgate plazzas! There are people happy to fuel tanks fo cars in gas stations. Why pay them too much? You make unlawful to pay what they are worth. They become too expensive you automatize. There are people happy to be good technicians. Entertainment shows them as losers. Girls do not want to date them Companies cannot find good technicians. Migrate to China.
