The recent selloff may have likely resulted in some takeover bids. If the takeover does happen, it will probably not be announced with Cube at these prices. I won't be announced until after another runup in the stock. From my experience, takeover announcements are usually not announced immediately following a selloff. Maybe this is because of rumors leaking out.

One that stands out is Intel buying Chips and Technology. This happened a little while after hi tech selloff in the March. Chips stock fell from 13 to 8 in the selloff. It came back to 13 soon thereafter, and the buyout was announced for $17.50/share.

BTW, I would be disappointed with any offer less than $45/share for Cube.
