Price is obviously key also, Ron, but, as I argued months ago on one of these threads , the PP could surprise some wise guys by coming at a premium--hope Eli's work has been fruitful.

Hint: very low float and few willing sellers is what drives the premium in takeover tenders--same could apply here for the very same reasons.

I'm assuming into strong hands vs. a reg S firesale.
