David and all.

An interesting news release from LUXY, which states quite clearly how NASDAQ have given them notice of delisting and how there is a procedure for rectifying this. If only....

Tony

OCEANSIDE, Calif., Nov 12 (Reuters) - CinemaStar Luxury Theaters Inc said it had been informed by Nasdaq of its intention to delist the company's securities
from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market effective November 14, 1997.

CinemaStar said it was seeking procedural remedies with Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Hearings Department as well as other avenues in an attempt to ensure the
continued listing of the company's securities.

CinemaStar has been informed by Nasdaq that during the time it pursues its procedural remedies CinemaStar's securities will continue to trade on The Nasdaq
SmallCap Market.

The company said that the continued listing of its securities on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market was a condition to the closing of the proposed sale by CinemaStar of
$15 million of securities to CinemaStar Acquisition Partners L.L.C.

Hi David,

Yes, back in August, I posted the concept that this thread among other things was part of a very elaborate con to get me to invest in EXSO. Of course I was just kidding. People were definitely conned during the pre-delisting runup. But all I have to say is that we all knew that EXSO fair value was about .30. I got in between 3/16 and 1/4. When people decided to pay .45 for a .30 stock, I sold. Frank3 was kind enough to give us the sell signal.

I think we should be happy with the spread and low volume. EXSO management only has to make a few good moves (financing and winning new business) to make them worth 2 to 4 times what you can buy them for today.

Do you think EXSO is so bad ???? Look at some other, bigger companies such as MSFT, BOST, SGI, ASND and dozens of others before you single out this company. Think of everyone who bought ASND at 80 or BOST at 30. Bill France feels bad about buying EXSO at .40+. Let me tell you, if he had bought ASND at 80, he'd feel worse.

Regards,
Chris
