Wes,

When people invest money into a company for a specific purpose, ( like Gaming), the company, ( In my opinion, and I think legaly), must follow through or give back the money. The truck stop can put 5m in sales and about $800,000 surplus into Maesa. The key is the gaming license that goes with the truck stop. With that license Maesa can go after Allied, which at last count was doing 14 - 15 Million. As for your first question, I hear that another court date is being scheduled to see who gets what. All I know is, that Maesa has 3 attorneys on this.
