Curly,

Things are getting pretty ugly for all of us who have held or bought on the way down.

Check the post regarding how we are supposedly getting fleeced by the convertible bonds issue. Is this an accurate summary of how these things work? If so, then either Cymer management is:

1. Knowledgeable of what was going on: They allowed us to be fleeced, and should not be trusted.

2. Not knowledgeable of what was going on: They didn't understand what the convertible would do to us, but should we trust people with our money who don't know what is going on?

If the statements posted regarding the convertible are true, it is hard to feel good about Cymer management.

What is your understanding of the situation?

When is Mr. Market going to kick in and "get the shorts?"
