Warning :- The following statements may contain some rampant speculation
and be based solely on the fevered imaginations from the brain of a desert
dwelling recluse.

Soooooooo, anyone care to take a guess at how much a property with 52 millions
barrels of oil underneath would sell for ? From the Yahoo Finance post at

biz.yahoo.com

the phrasing said that at $2 guaranteed minimum in ERHC shares, $670,000 approx
of debt was retired after the sale. Of course, if you had a dollar, you too could
pay off your 5 cent loan. Coconimo bought the property for 185,000 shares
which a year ago were worth more than $0.73. More towards several dollars ? The
Yahoo chart I saw doesn't go back past May this year ($4 in May ?), but says that
the 12 month high was over $8.

Just to break even CSMA would have to sell the property for around 1,000,000 ERHC
shares. The $8 approx projected income per EHRC share adds nicely to
CSMA's earnings, even at these small levels. Would it be reasonable to
assume that a $250,000,000 property would sell for more than a couple of mill ?

What does seem strange is the statement from the company that they will still
incur a loss for the fiscal year, but with a strong last quarter. If the
property to EHRC sold for an outrageous amount, surely it would tip the
balance of CSMA's earnings into the black for the entire year ?

I'm just exploring the possibilities here. I know that Franco
is more excited than a horny Pekingese in a mop factory, but the more I look
into this one, the more I like what I'm finding too.

Just can't wait for the next couple of weeks to pass. This should get very
interesting indeed.

Durro
