John, It's simple. Mike is willing to debate the issue with Riley only if Riley will commit to the debate. If Mike just posts his information without Riley's commitment...the post will be ignored (at best) or flamed (as is typical). If Riley commits to the debate then chooses not to debate after the information is provided, he will lose face. Both of these people are smart......and my bet is that Riley will not rise to the bait....for his own reasons, for which I can only speculate. TC
