Nation States have practiced in secrecy for Eons.....nothing new....it is the way it works. Sometimes good, sometimes bad....mostly good. What's new is computerized instant communications and the Internet. Sometimes good, sometimes bad....mostly good. If all the private conversations of Israel since their Statehood in 1946 and Before had been subjected to Wikileak type communications...there would be no Israel as we know it today... Private conversation and communication is the Norm between Nation-States and their Foreign Policy and State Departments....
