Carter was a disaster by every measure - just like Odumbo.

Wrong. Bush was a much better President than Carter. Your simplistic post does not assess total performance.

Is the rate of debt your only criteria? What about the interest rates and the misery index? The Iranians attacking America and Americans then holding them hostage and nothing being done. The failed rescue attempt? Being attacked by a bunny rabbit.
I remember walking into a local department store and the shelves were empty. Inflation is too much money chasing too few goods. People had money but the stores didn't have any goods. Carter was so bad as a president that it was being said at that time that the job had become too big for any one man. In reality the job was bigger than Mr. Peanut and his wife Mrs Peanut could micro manage. Once again never let the facts get in your way.

What about the merits of the billions for the Brazilian off shore drilling while Brilliant Barry from chicago extends the American off shore drilling moratorium for seven years? You had the nerve to complain about tonto. He may have only done what you always do.
What about Soros connection to the Brazilian off shore drilling and his being a frequent visitor to the Chicago politicians' white house?
Never let the facts get in your way.
