scam company SPNG filed the frivolous SLAPP from state court in NY against the NY Post, its journalist Kaja Whitehouse, Tim Sykes, David Patch and a few others.

The NY Post, Whitehouse and Patch were the only ones served.

Patch answered the lawsuit and filed a countersuit.

The NY Post and Whitehouse filed responses.

SPNG attorneys have attempted to be removed from the lawsuit for lack of payment.

Patch has filed complaints to the NY bar against one of SPNG's attorneys, who is in danger of getting disbarred.

It appears that the lawsuit is at a deadend. Something about COO Moskowitz and CEO Metter getting arrested by the FBI, handcuffed, jailed and indicted on multiple criminal fraud and money laundering charges by the DOJ and the adding the company in civil fraud charges by the SEC - all a few weeks after the lawsuit was filed.
