dude, they do laugh Don't dude me. I hate it when people dude me. when anything comes up about Alabama being on the lowest end of something, they laugh No I think they roll their eyes and shake their heads. Not sympathy exactly, certainly not laughter, more frustrated resignation. Which is actually more insulting. when the Republicans return to fiscal-conservative/social-liberal standing... the hippies will drown in their own bile and not be mentioned except as the men who thought talking a certain way would get them laid more Hey I was a hippy and got laid a lot but never remember anyone from Alabama. And I was (and is) very sincere. Too old to be trying to get laid by strangers.... Though I do miss those days. Too old to get drafted. Must be another reason I'm still a liberal.
