My too subtle joke requires the esoteric knowledge that GTW
is the symbol for Gateway 2000, the company that makes
computers look like cows (i.e. bulls). The drop in that stock
is sort of symbolic of the end of bull hype (i.e. droppings,)
and the death of this long bull market.

Oh oh, better be careful. The bulls count up the posts on this
thread as a way of creating a contrary indicator. But I think
tomorrow won't be a pretty day. If I had Globex trading
(How do you get that? Then I could trade all day, and never
have time to eat or sleep as opposed to the current situation
where I only have time to shower or talk to humans on the
weekend. :), I would short the SPX, hoping to cover tomorrow
midday. (Of course, I should note that I have lousy trading
instincts.)
