Did you catch the news on Loral? They have problems with another satelite customer and are delaying delivery of the final product. As I said many times before, there will be many glitches along the way, and the time schedule for CDRD will in no way be met....you are looking at a minimum of 3 years before the company even gets a shot at operating. Who knows? By then their tech could be obsolete...;^).......IMHO......looking for 8-11 $ by yearend. P.S. I guess the convertable preffered FAILED to reorganize and will get converted after this Friday, huh? I have seen NO news to the contrary. Has anyone? Looking forward to those 9.3 million shares getting dumped on this 4 million share float!

Dale, there is some selling going on today....62, 000 shares so far and the retail houses are the sellers.....that convertable preferred is not going to get reorganized. The company is going to get stuck with 9.3 million more shares and no new cash. The secondary and the notes offering were contingent on the preferred being reorganized. I have heard no news whatsoever on this front. The deadline is this Friday Nov. 14th.........it looks immenent to me that CDRD will get hammered soon. The buying is all but completely stopped at this point and big supply is coming to market....best of luck to you.......;^)
