John, *OFF SUBJECT*, kind of like a graveyard over there in the ISSM thread. The stock is acting like it's six feet under as well. I really don't know where Robert Terry or, more importantly, the company's lawyer, Chris Dieterich is hiding. Someone complained about not being able to get in touch with the latter. Personally, I haven't tried but it wouldn't surprise me if they have disappeared. They no longer have a contract with the PR firm so investors seem to be cut off from any info.

As far as ITG trading -- it doesn't, to the best of my knowledge. The theory is that Mr. Terry was planning to bring it public so he was filing some SEC reports. IMO, these guys have scam written all over them...but you probably are aware of how I've felt about this outfit from before. Sorry if you dropped a load on this one. I know that I was appalled to hear how much some people had invested in this company. BTW--I still think that the jury is out regarding whether or not the Israeli outfit really had a viable method for making GaAs diodes in number. Fact is, they never tried to produce diodes in great quantity and they never brought in anyone with manufacturing skills.

Live and learn....

Regards...Craig
