What's the difference between the "confidential information" and the information that is openly posted regarding the "short position." Ever wonder about that??

Regarding the news that someome claiming to be Roland Breton calling Ticker about the merger being completed and a done deal. There was no way for Ticker to verify the phone call. It may have been a naysayer calling him and playing a joke. A pending press release from the company will tell the true story.
