You can't be that much of a simpleton even coming from Gooberland..... Yes, there are people paying top marginal but not on very much of their total income, hence the 20% of AGI....

Even i-node finally recognized that rich folk get much of their income from dividends and cap gains, etc....taxed at rates of about 15%..

If you have trouble with this ask i-node for help...he's a CPA....lol.
