If fraud or coercion elevated to criminal status could be shown, then you have a prosecutable crime. That may nullify the contract at the emergence of fraud or coercion. If the contract was clear and agreed upon initially without fraud or coercion, essentially limiting the options to get out of the contract to zero or practically zero, is it still kidnapping? If so, is it legalized kidnapping and a contract or not a contract but still illegal kidnapping.
