My experience with them so far has been absolutely great. From what I've seen up to now, they take good care of their perm-a-ployees, too.

I hope things continue to be good for you at Bay. It sounds like you have landed a pretty good contract, that could last for some time.<G>
One of the problems working as a direct billing consultant to a customer is that you have to hastle with getting paid. What I experienced is not unusual. If I had pressed the issue I'm sure I would have been paid in full.

Anyway, they got me through a 3rd party agent so I never see a Bay check, only the agency's.
Currently I work on a W2 basis directly for the company (AT&T) I consult for. It is simular to salaried, except I get paid by the hour +time1/2-overtime. It sure is nice not haveing to do quarterly payments on my 1099s. I used to do work for Sprint and 2 other customers, but have cut back due to other things (family, etc).
