FUNDAMENTALS? What are you talking about? I always see these kinds of comments for small stocks. I guess partly why I get so defensive is that I see people making the same mistakes I made as an early investor, some in pennies when I was very naive about stocks. This company has NO FUNDAMENTALS. There are no revenues, yet, there are certainly no earnings, yet. This company has over 40 million shares outstanding and the money they have to continue production is from private placementsthat were ludicrous to say the least. Why ludicrous, because BCMD was desperate for cash, and basically still are. They have an eps loss for the year, and have never had a profitable quarter as far as I know. There is no cash flow. Debt is minimal, but they have had an unbelievable run of accumulated deficit. What else? FUNDAMENTALS are usually things that reflect what a company has done previously. BCMD does not have them. What they have is happening now. We can only speak of fundamentals when we have a quarter with real revenues and earnings. BCMD is just starting out from a financial point-of-view. What they have done to this point to prepare the mine and get the property ready for production won't impress the big boys, and it didn't. It took an announcement of production being started and the finding of high grade ore. People who invest want to see BCMD find appreciable gold at the cost rate BCMD has spoke of. That's it. That is why I buy. I want them to find gold and bring it up. I am definitely not buying BCMD because it is a strong, fundamentally sound company. It is on the edge of bankruptcy for Christ's sake. I am hoping BCMD has got a JV in hand. Now, with Darlene's comments, I am curious to the whole thing. Lionel, to this point, has been pretty smart about keeping his mouth shut about such things. Now, making the prediction about a few days away is BOLD to say the least. What happens to his credibility if there is no deal for a few weeks yet. I got to err on his side, though, and be excited that we will hear something in the next 4-5 trading days. I will not be trying to time this stock now. I am holding for the big wave to come in. Let's get this JV on board, and then let's get that gold up and have some good production numbers. Miller
