It's a golden opportunity to get Medicare for All. Medicare is not unconstitutional. And everybody loves it. Republicans even more than Democrats, it seems. If it's so good for the seniors why not for everybody ???

Klein's piece is fascinating. I don't see how, however, the individual mandate could be restructured if the SC (Kennedy, as Klein puts it) decides against the individual mandate as presently structured. If I get a chance, I'll take a look a the Paul Starr idea.

But I'm with other posters, for the moment, who argue the individual mandate is a corner stone of this particular approach.
