Which is what we will be doing when she tanks! And tomorrow is looking as good as any day for that. YEHAAW

Anyone,

Is there anyway to find out what percentage of the $350,000,000 million convertible debt offering is via Reg 'S'?

Seems like Goldman Sachs does an awful lot of these things, and they usually don't turn out all that well for the stock price of the companies involved. Reg 'S' offerings are how cash-strapped companies like ZITL raise money to keep the doors open!

Don't they have any notion of how this looks to investors, is it hubris, or just plain desperation?
