i think companies selling death should be shutdown

Then you have more than your share of Chinese companies that need to be shut down, starting with Asbestos, Coal and Rare Earth mining companies that flaunt the most basic international standards for mining safety.

The issue with Asbestos is that the companies that mined, processed, and then incorporated it into a multitude of products, ALL KNEW that it caused Mesothelioma and Asbesteosis. And despite knowing this, they continued to sell the products.

In fact, CHINA IS THE BIGGEST CONSUMER OF ASBESTOS!! And 30-40 years from now, the medical fallout will be just the same (the average time for Mesothelioma to manifest itself after exposure).

There is NO EXCUSE for not knowing the dangers of Asbestos Dust exposure for the government in Bejing. But it's all about profit, just like it was for American companies who profited from it.

The same comparison of WILLFUL NEGLECT AND HARM, can be made when Chinese mining companies are not even using '60s level basic safety processes. 80% of all global mining fatalities occur in China.

So thank you for your condolences. But they are just empty words if you're not interested in preventing the same condolences from being required for Chinese Asbestos workers in future decades.

And something tells me they won't have the same legal recourse that exists in the US. I know we can't sue our own Federal Gov't over this, so I don't see how future Chinese Mesothelioma victims will be able to sue Bejing.
