I can live in nearly any of the places you mention.. And the first approx $80K in income I make outside of the US is tax free.

So there's nothing (yet) to prevent transferring savings/assets into an offshore investment vehicle and then paying myself back $80K a year out of the profits.

There's no need for me to revoke my US citizenship.. But granted, I do agree with you that there should not be any financial penalty for one choosing to do so.

And if the US is going to fall into such desperate straits, I would imagine Canada and most of the American economies will suffer equally.

The one thing going for us is we're all heavily armed and ready to deprive carpet baggers, like yourself, of your worldly goods.. lol!!
