Well said and that was the argument Virginia AG brought. Seems to me if you can do this, the Commerce Clause makes the Govt an automatic tyrrany like George III except 100X worse.

Actually, if the courts ever over-turn that portion of the bill it is the INSURANCE COMPANIES and HOSPITALS who will take the financial hit... (while the liberals will mostly be celebrating. :-)
