I don't want to purchase car insurance either but I have to by law.

I don't want homeowners especially when all I can get is the State Run Fund which costs and arm and leg but which never pays when a claim is made.

Here in Florida it is not easy to subvert having the coverages that are mandatory...

Any ideas how we can get a Federal Judge to rule about
having to have these things ?

By the way I have had good insurance companies and never a claim. Have paid thousands and thousands of dollars in insurance and all of these companies just drop you if your home is older than having been built in 1994. That is my predicament.

The Supreme Court will decide if the government can mandate citizen purchases with 100% forced compliance. That power does not appear in the Constitution.

Maybe, but then how do you explain this;

Social Security refers to the federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) program.
