So nothing ever went through JBI-DE? Mr Barnett shows up on the S1 for JBI-DE. Thought those shares were from the original JBI-Canada (which said share exchange according to the filing)?

No problem. As I said, call investor relations, they can explain it better than I can. The change was simple and straight forward, everything transferred into 310 Holdings which was later renamed, JBI is all-in-one.

When were your shares/subscriptions (or whatever you held) traded/exchanged for JBI-NV shares?

Dude, call JBI. They can give you all the information you need and much better than I can. They can go through the history and forms filed and the dates. Again, it's an all-in-one company.
