i bought my tv a couple of years ago from best buy because i wanted them to deliver it and install it. I looked at computers there but chose to buy one directly from dell, which shipped for free. for smaller items its hard to believe best buy has much of an edge on online retailers.

armi, I'm partially reading this as just weak consumer, and does everybody who wants 2 or 3 big screens now have them?
