"...and "responded" that my wife talked to dead people AND that I had a question mark!"

No, I asked a perfectly clear and reasonable question given your admission that your wife is "INTO SPIRITUALISM AND SHAMANISM" and that apparently as a result of practicing one or both of those she "informed" you that there was Cancer nearby. I mistakenly thought the Cancer was afflicting a family member. Sorry. Who "informed" her is what I asked???? As I noted, 'Spiritualism" is a practice of which:

"A distinguishing feature is the belief that spirits of the dead residing in the spirit world have both the ability and the inclination to communicate with the living. Anyone may receive spirit messages, but formal communication sessions (séances) are held by "mediums", who can then provide information about the afterlife."

Solon, you won't believe this but Hell isn't ' a place ' and it does exist but only within your mind.
It is a state of massive confusion on a phenomenal scale and it's only favorable component is the complete termination of time.
That's difficult to get your mind around but because the experience is so extreme and more than challenging to one's sanity it's only, we'll say, saving grace is the absence of time.
In other words, during the experience you have no idea if you are there for 5 seconds or eternity - there simply is no time, it doesn't exist. I can't stress that enough as I see it as a blessing of sorts. If time were a component of the experience it would, just guessing here, probably be deadly.

How do I know?
Some ' acquaintances ' felt I needed to experience it.
Why?
I still have no clue (perhaps to share it with you) but the subject matter was certainly on topic with them.
BTW, I don't see it as a religious endorsement but simply an experience that is, evidently, available.

Oh, I did say you wouldn't believe it. :)
