The only animals who spoke in the bible were Mr. Snake and Balaam's donkey. They were both chosen to speak, so they CAN be called chosen. And by a happy coincidence, the snake can be called a donkey and the donkey can be called a snake--simply because we use both these words as metaphors.

God made the first language (for men and snakes and donkeys)...Yiddish. Because He wanted to start us off with a really intelligent lingo that would never be surpassed by future donkeys, in any shape...

Originally, God gave Adam and Eve 736 words to use. Then Cain invented 47 cuss words when he was building a city with some girl he found in Adam's house. Then at the tower of Babel, God invented a bunch of new languages with 736 words each. By this time everybody had a belly button and light had started to refract and there were rainbows--and it was just after that that "Righteous" and "Just" Lot had incest with both his daughters over a couple of flasks of cheap wine. And the language they spoke was not Yiddish. They spoke the language of the heart. And by that time they all had belly buttons and drank round the clock, but I am repeating myself...
