Some terrible decisions have been made :based" on the Commerce Clause. They have been political in nature rather than an interpretation of the constitution. I do believe that even the liberal Supreme Court Justices have commented from time to time of the over use and over reaching use of the Commerce Clause. The decision will either be a ground breaking reversal of the abuse of the Commerce Clause or it will be a threatening denial of individual rights. I see the status quo
as threatening without this invasive Obamacare Bill. It will be depressing for me to see the Constitution abused by the over reaching use of what I don't see a applicable or appropriate use of the Commerce Clause.
