The plaintiff must prove to the liberal justices that the commerce clause will prove debilitating and harmful for Blacks, illegal aliens, convicted felons, criminals, gays, lesbians, Muslims, child molesters, and drug addicts. If you healthy independent people don't participate in the pool/plan then it will raise the costs of health care for those unfortunate poor that are in the plan. Why you selfish bastard! :-) Pretty sure the thinking will be - like the farmer growing his own wheat - you deprive others by being too successful and self sufficient.
