"Nah..making them pay full rent for living in the penthouse." They paid full price for that penthouse you are jealous of and the people that built it got paid well. Get over it Wharfy... If you really wanted a fair system you would be advocating a clear 10% tax on everyone with no deductions or write offs allowed. You would collect more money and need next to no enforcement. Of course that system would not encapsulate the needs of the jealous and bureaucrats who would both be out of a job. Even though I can't take it with me I'm not giving it you for a diaper change.
