Chalmers is down @ Tucson I beleive and does a lot of work with all sorts of folks. I recommend this book by a H. Stapp who they sight a lot if I remember correctly:

"Mindful Universe"

"Mind Matter, & Quantum Mechanics"

He's not a religionist, so many on this board (the usual suspects) won't discuss it much.

More Stapp:

www-physics.lbl.gov

Course Chalmers has his own websites and books as well. The "mind body" problem is addressed directly by Stapp in these books.

There was a really relevant one for this thread about free choice. Posted it on another thread. I'll see if I can find it.

(Sounds stupid, but I'm getting in the spirit of this thread). It's really almost all about walking at this point for the human organism. Most everything about the nature and health of the species is centered on walking, but deep in our DNA is a compulsion to transport our bodies from point A to point B with the least burn of caloric energy. so we "spin our wheels".

I could go on. And on and on. And on.
