Mike ... you are exactly correct except there are gas & oil companies with a LOT less shares issued too. NPEC is going to fall and continue to fall as it has consistantly for a long time.

I will say that NPEC would trade better than CVIA where 18M traded and it only went up 2 cents. I will probably buy NPEC depending on where the new floor is. But I will want to know from the TA just how many shares are issued before I invest.

GARN, CSCA, and others gas & oil companies move extremely well on small volumes. I flat out do not see the opportunity of owning NPEC except as a momentum play and only then if the internet goes nutz over it. There are just too many shares issued.
