Randy,

Hang in there. I live very near SVGI's facilities. Let me tell you they are building like crazy. Cymer is a winner, it's just a matter of time before it breaks out. I am long and in deep. I also owned OXHP before 10/27..talk about a double hit!!

John

flick:>>>>devising a countering measure <<<< Several solutions.

Problem: Abusive short selling by well-capitalized trading firms and individuals attempting to profit from market manipulation rather than company and market fundamentals. This has caused the Company's stock valuation to be a game of chicken, rather than how much does it earn - what are its growth prospects - and comparative intrinsic value added.

Solutions:

1. A Company Stock Buyback.

2. All shareholders ask for physical delivery of their certificates or place their certificates in a type 2 non-margin account.

3. Wait for Cymer's strong underlying fundamentals to continue their supra-growth and blast its way up with outstanding earnings performance.

This whole cnv note short strategy has been a cute trick to try to willy-nilly trash a stock by flooding shorted shares into the market and *orchestrating* analyst downgrades to facilitate the gambit. Somehow I think MWitter and Monk Sec are on the hook for hosting that conference call to tell everyone all is well and then, days afterward when bulk shorting had been accomplished at higher levels, came out with downgrades that they had promised to the cnv note buyers long before. I don't respect the Wall Street financiers claims that this will make money for the cnv noteholders long term. However, I do recognize that they have sold this strategy and it is clearly being attempted. If Cymer continues to perform like I believe they will then everything will take care of itself. In the meantime, it highly illustrates how warped the Street can be in its attempts to generate financial engineering profits, complete with their own Dr. Frankenstein.

Good Luck To Each And All

Curly
