Darlene,

The suspension is old news. CYJ definately had some bad players on board but has rectified that situation and in the last six months has added some very solid directors to the board. As far as insider trading is concerned it is perfectly legal and is quite common in these smaller companies. The latest report shows that Bill McKee still has over 500,000 shares and that he doesn't always sell at a huge profit. The empty holes as you call them were only the very preliminary test holes they started on the mine and they decided to reopen the mine and drill from inside the mine as they were running into problems drilling from above. This week they have reopened the entrance to the mine and will be continuing their exploration from within the existing mine shafts. As far as it being a risky investment I will agree that the junior mining exploration companies are all risky at this particular time but at least CYJ has two projects on the go and the funds to carry out the exploration. These companies are risky but can be very rewarding and exciting. BCMD was just a penny stock and has moved along quite nicely and IMHO I beleive CYJ can do the same thing considering the quality of their concessions.
