The biggest burden for the poor and middle class are liberal policies. Giving their kids poor educations, making sure they can't escape the poor public schools, eroding their morals so they'll end up raising kids in one-parent families, taxing and harassing the businesses that could employ them (from Walmarts to small businesses and in poor sections of LA the fast food restaurants that provide entry level jobs, even going so far as to harass barbers over their licenses).
