We don't disagree. There are a lot of differences between now and last year. For one, Honest John didn't have the demonstrable reputation for misrepresenting material events that he has now and there aren't hundreds of pissed off shareholders holding millions of shares desperate to break even after a year. I think that'll stifle any significant run but perhaps they were dumb enough not to sell the first time (or were unable to) and will get greedy again.

Not only that, but there's nothing left to base expectations on - i.e. they've used up all their carrots. They should be selling fuel tomorrow since we've been told they have a stockpile from all their test runs. If there's even a slight delay in sales that means that all this time has passed and no buyer has been lined up. Forget about the JV's (unless they already have a recycling facility and a blending site at their disposal). Plus they need funding, yesterday.
